These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a binding legal agreement between the i333 platform and the user. By accessing this site or creating an account, you agree to fully comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this site.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on i333, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. i333 may at any time request a national identity card or passport to verify your age.
• Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, both accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone else.
• If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention, i333 may request completion of an identity verification process at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• The correct reference number must be used at the time of deposit, otherwise the deposit process may be delayed.
• i333 does not charge any processing fee on deposits, however your payment provider may charge separately.
• Depositing funds through a third party is not acceptable; use only your own payment account.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are generally made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, i333 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
• Funds cannot be withdrawn directly from a bonus balance — the wagering requirement must be met first.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means funds become withdrawable after wagering 10 times the bonus amount.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time from the date the bonus is awarded, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once — one per person.
• i333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any existing bonus offer at any time.

4.2 VIP Cashback Program

i333's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

Prohibited Activities and Misconduct

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. If a violation occurs, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using a false identity or fake information.
• Bonus abuse — such as attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Exploiting errors or bugs in the system or software to gain undue advantage.
• Collusion or working with other players against the platform.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Operating an account using third-party funds.
• Conducting any fraudulent activity against i333.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the i333 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and databases — is entirely under i333's copyright.

• Reverse engineering or decompiling the platform's software is strictly prohibited.

10.2 Account Closure

• Users may request closure of their own account at any time via live chat.
• Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• i333 may close any account without notice in the event of a breach of terms.
• A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for a long period; a separate notice will be given in this regard.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
